Experienced Support Workers required for an established residential facility based in Torbay.

General duties will be to assist in providing the highest standards and quality of life for people with either challenging behaviour or learning disabilities, ensuring service users live as normal as possible within there environment, with the support and care they need to provide maximum independence.
