On behalf of our client we are working with a National Distributor of frozen and ambient products. Due to substantial business growth and a strong order book we are currently recruiting for experienced Telesales personnel to join an already successful sales team based on the outskirts of Exeter.
Candidates will have an excellent telephone manner but while experience in Sales/Telesales or Customer Service is preferred, it is not essential as candidates with the enthusiasm and the committment to achieve will be considered.
·To make out going and take incoming phone calls from both existing and prospective customers

The Person we're looking for:
·Must have experience in Telesales, Customer Service, or Call Centre.

Responsibilities will include:
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Produce monthly financial statements europe manufacturing and sales operations. The aim being to provide management with the information necessary to improve the profitability of the Company.
2. To understand and interpret the current Management Information System (PRAXA) including the Standard Costing module.
3. To produce monthly segmental reports for monitoring of profitability by market and product sectors.
4. Preparing cash forecasts and inter-company balance sheet reconciliations for multi-currency transactions.
5. Responsibility for analysing and monitoring Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
6. To provide cover for the Payroll and Pension administration functions.
7. Assimilation and monitoring of Perpetual Inventory results
8. Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and ensure Capital Expenditure Request procedures are followed.

JOB TITLE : Client Manager
We are looking to recruit for an experienced Client Manager for our valued client in Paignton.
You would be literate in MS Office suite, especially Word and Excel. You must also have experience working with Sage Line 50 as well as standard accountancy software such as Digita, IRIS and Sage.
Ideally, you would have been working in an accountancy practice for a minimum of three years, with full understanding of the basic accounting principles i.e. Double Entry and V.A.T. Returns.
You would know how to prepare Full Accounts for a Sole Trader and/or Partnership.
Business Tax and Personal Tax Returns would be a large percentage of the job role.
It would be beneficial for you to have existing experience with the preparation of Corporate Accounts, and Corporation Tax Returns, although this is not essential. If you possess an AAT/ATT qualification or are part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIOT this would be desirable.
Above all, your ability to clearly and professionally communicate with clients via telephone, by mail and e-mail.
You would be working to deadlines, prioritising your workload in order to achieve this.
You will be facing clients so a personable and sociable attitude would serve you well.
You would also possess exemplary organisational skills.
A full UK Driving Licence is required
